These terms apply to your use of the 8PEAX Recovery website, studio, memberships, and sessions. By booking or visiting, you agree to them.

Health notice — not medical care

Sauna, cold plunge, and BrainTap sessions are wellness services, not medical treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any other medical concern, consult your physician before using contrast therapy. Always stay hydrated, listen to your body, and never push past your comfort level.

Booking and arrival

• Sessions are reserved through our online booking calendar.
• Arrive five minutes early for your walk-through; late arrivals may have shortened sessions.
• Bring swimwear or athletic wear that can get wet. Towels are provided.

Memberships, passes, and payments

• Memberships bill monthly until cancelled and renew automatically.
• Session limits, guest passes, and BrainTap access follow the plan you purchased.
• Passes and sessions are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• After purchasing, book with the same name, phone number, and email so your account can be matched correctly.

Cancellations and no-shows

Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so the time can be released to another member. Repeated no-shows may affect booking privileges. Contact us directly for membership cancellations.

Studio conduct

We ask all guests to shower before plunging, follow staff instruction, respect equipment and other members, and avoid using our services while intoxicated. We may end a session or membership for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Assumption of risk and liability

Heat and cold exposure carry inherent risks. You use our facilities voluntarily and at your own risk, and you may be asked to sign a waiver. To the fullest extent allowed by Idaho law, 8PEAX Recovery is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
